It is still in the middle of winter here in the Midwest, so it is essential to have a go to coat for those chilly days.
Not only do I think it is essential for every man to own a topcoat…I think every man should own one in a camel color. I’m a big fan of the classic and timeless look of a well dress gent in a camel topcoat. I’ve been wearing a great one from JCrew. The Mayfair topcoat is a wool/cashmere blend that has a nice weight and very soft feel to it. It has a center vent, thinner lapels, and a ticket pocket to give it that old school feel.
The Mayfair comes in a handful of colors and options, including the thinsulate which is shown on mine.
