As a man who often wears flannels and at the moment has a pretty impressive beard going, it is required by law that I like a good whiskey, especially bourbon. I have always been a Jim Beam fan, especially Knob Creek. About a year ago a buddy of mine introduced me to a top of the line bourbon from Jim Beam, Booker’s. There is nothing quite like a bourbon that gives you a swift kick in the groin and then a smooth kiss to make up for it.
Booker’s has an intense flavor of tobacco, vanilla, and oak. The bottle that I’m currently on is almost a whopping 128 proof. It is definitely a bourbon that will put a little hair on your chest. I definitely recommend it, it is worth the 50 or so bucks!
